Physical therapy usually treats the area that hurts. We start by finding the root cause of your pain — which is often somewhere else entirely — then build a daily routine designed for your body so the relief lasts after the program ends.
Do I have to stop taking my medication?
No. The program never asks you to change or stop any medication. It works alongside your current care, and any medication decisions should always be made with your own doctor.
Is this safe if I've had surgery or have a diagnosed condition?
The program uses gentle, low-impact movement scaled to what your body can do today. On your free consultation we review your history — including past surgery, arthritis, herniated discs or nerve issues — and only move forward if it's a good fit. Always check with your physician first.
